What We Collect

Personal information collected by Cash Converters (or on our behalf) generally comprises name, address, date of birth, gender, marital status, occupation, account details, contact details (including telephone, mobile and e-mail). Sometimes we collect personal details unlikely to be known to other people to help us identify you over the telephone such as answers to your security questions.
If you are applying for credit we may also collect credit history and financial information, the number and ages of your dependants, the length of time at your current address, your employer’s name and contact details, the length of your employment, proof of earnings, if you have changed employer in the last few years, and details of your previous employment.

Website Data

If you visit the Cash Converters website to read, browse or download information, our system may record the following information which is provided by your browser:

If you do not submit the online form, any information entered on the form which has not yet been submitted, will be automatically deleted. Any information you enter on the form and then submit, will be used by us to contact you regarding your reason for completing the online form, whether it was a Customer Enquiry, Complaint, Reporting of Stolen Property or Media Enquiry.

Online Messenger

Our website has an online messenger function to allow you to communicate with a Cash Converters staff member. Your conversation and any details you enter into the online messenger will be recorded and stored securely for future reference. We may also use the information for training purposes.

Advertising & Performance tracking

Storage And Delivery Of Information

Cash Converters may use third-party platforms to deliver information. These are sites hosted and managed by organisations other than Cash Converters.
