Your CV will, more often than not, be the first mode of contact between us. So make sure it captures the best of you in just a few pages. Make sure your CV has the following:

  • Your employment history with the most recent employer and work backwards.
  • Dates of employment.
  • Relevant courses or qualifications.
  • Most relevant contact details.

Before the interview

  • We will contact you via telephone if your profile matches the requirements of the position.
  • We will ask you some questions to assess your suitability to our business and the position.
  • If successful, you will be invited to an interview.


  • Follow the dress code mentioned by your recruiter. If a specific dress code is not mentioned, ensure that your presentation is formal.
  • Arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes early.
  • The interview will consist of questions about your past employment, your understanding of the business and some behavioral situations.
  • Be specific with your answers and use examples where appropriate.
  • Your recruiter will be in touch with you after the interview to notify you of the next steps.
